Funciones y responsabilidades:

• Architecting and developing software applications to be cloud optimized for Satellite and OTT video service
• Maintenance and improvement of existing Satellite Video Broadcast application
• Develop Service-oriented application in different cloud platforms
• Collaborate to gather and review software requirements/user stories, create software design specifications and collaborate with engineers/architects to assess and test hardware and software interactions
• Work with 3rd party Vendors, and with internal and external resources on different Countries
• Work alongside with Technical leader, external vendor and Product and Business team to perform Technical feasibility study and cost/timeline assessment
• Working as both an infrastructure and application development

 Requerimientos:

•  7+ years of related work in software development: with core skills in .NET C#, ASP .NET and MVC
• BS degree in computer science or equivalent combination of education/experience. Master’s Degree Desired
• Mandatory fluency in Spanish and English (and desirable fluency in Portuguese)

Habilidades técnicas:

• Significant experience with relational Databases, such as (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, Sybase, DB2, PostgreSQL)
• Experience using SVN, Git (GitHub, Bitbucket, etc.), mercurial, CVS for code version control in a team environment
• Experience in Agile Software development and DevOps
• Experience with Cloud (desirable AWS experience) application development using Container and software as service technologies
• Experience on Continuous integration & Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) skills for real-time testing and diagnostics
• Desirable experience with Infrastructure-as-a-service platforms
• Desirable experience with design and develop cloud service application with Auto Scaling, high availability, Elastic Load Balancing and Elastic Container Service
• Desirable experience working within digital media, software development, broadcast, or related media sectors, delivering digital media roadmaps
